Training and mentorship are built into life at Psych Health, and we prioritise clinical supervision and CPD to ensure that our clinicians feel empowered to provide the highest level of clinical service delivery and care to our patients.

Our in-house curated CPD programme is tailored specifically for our clinical teams, as is the professional and service specific training we offer for people to upskill and learn new skills. In addition, all our clinicians also have access to a world leading programme of external CPD delivered by global experts in their field.

You will also be fully supported by your line manager and supervisor, our senior clinical team, your peers and our wider admin and operational teams. You’ll find everyone at Psych Health is committed to and focussed on providing the best possible care for our patients.
